Hyundai Creta Electric Will Shock You With Its Range and Features
Table of Contents
The Hyundai Creta Electric is both new and familiar at the same time. It has a lot of the same features as its ICE cousin. It has Level 2 ADAS, a big panoramic sunroof, and a steering wheel that is usually only found in electric vehicles. The sambadlive team thought its range of 405 km was pretty good. The Night Edition has a black exterior shade, bumpers, skid plates, alloys, roof rails, logos, dashboard, and upholstery.

- The dashboard of the Hyundai Creta Electric is similar to that of the ICE Hyundai Creta because it has two 10.25-inch curved screens.
- A three-spoke steering wheel made just for EVs, a drive selector on the steering column, different drive modes, ventilated front seats, paddle shifters for regen settings, and a 360-degree camera all make it easy to use.
- The Creta Electric is a fun little SUV to drive. It has a panoramic sunroof, two cup holders, cooled storage, dual-zone climate control, an auto-dimming IRVM, ambient lighting, and a wireless charger.
- The Creta Electric also has sunshades in the back, a center armrest with cup holders, and two Type-C charging ports. The flat floor gives you the most legroom.

- The trunk holds 432–33 liters, which is enough, but you have to open the tailgate by hand. The frunk, on the other hand, holds 21 liters.
- According to MIDC, the 51.4 kWh battery pack powers an electric motor on the front axle, which lets it go 473 km. The long-range view from the left shows the outside of the front three-quarters. The Hyundai Creta Electric has 255 Nm of torque and 169 horsepower. It can go from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.9 seconds.
- There are three ways to drive it: Eco, Normal, and Sport. The SUV has the longest range in Eco mode and is more powerful and responsive in Sport mode.
Hyundai Creta Electric Battery and Performance
- A 50-kW DC fast charger can charge the Creta Electric battery from 10% to 80% in less than an hour. It takes 4 hours and 50 minutes to charge from 10% to 100% with an 11 kW fast AC home charger.
- To charge the Hyundai Creta Electric EV car, plug it in. The V2L (Vehicle-to-Load) feature, which is only available in the Excellence trim, lets people use their SUV as a portable power source to power things inside and outside the car. You can buy a V2L connector gun to use as an extra power source outside of the car.
Hyundai Creta Electric Interior and Exterior Styling
- The design of the Creta Electric is similar to that of the ICE, but it has pixelated graphic front and rear bumpers and new skid plates. The new grille does a great job of hiding the charging port behind the Hyundai logo.
- The LED headlights, taillights, and DRLs are the same as the ICE version, but the EV grille and colored panel lights make it look better.
- The new 17-inch alloy wheels with an aerodynamic pattern stand out when you look at them from the side.

- The dashboard layout is mostly the same on the inside, but the three-spoke steering wheel made just for EVs is the biggest difference.
- It looks even better with two 10.25-inch HD infotainment curved screens and Ocean Blue ambient lighting.
- There is now a drive mode dial, two cup holders, and other controls in place of the gear lever on the center console.
Hyundai Creta Electric Safety
- The Creta Electric comes with six airbags: one for the driver, one for the front passenger, two curtain airbags, one for the driver’s side, and one for the front passenger’s side.
- It has more than 75 safety features, the most important of which is the Hyundai Smart Sense Level 2 ADAS suite, which includes Forward Collision Avoidance Assist, Lane Keeping Assist, Blind-Spot Collision Avoidance Assist, Cruise Control, and many more.
- It also has a 360-degree camera, reverse parking sensors, a rear driver monitor, Hill Descent Control, and an automatic electric parking brake.
- Other important safety features are four-wheel disc brakes, ABS with EBD, ESC, and child seat anchors that are ISOFIX.
